Creating an email account in your Toolkit

If you've signed up the Email Hosting service with SmartyHost, you can create unlimited email accounts in your Toolkit. To create your email accounts, simply follow the steps below.


Creating your email account


ImageiconImage 1. Log in to your Toolkit as a Package Manager.

Alternatively, you can log in as an Account Manager, and then select the domain name from the Account Overview page.
ImageiconImage 2. Select Email setup on the My Services menu.
ImageiconImage 3. Click the Create a new email address link, and then complete the following fields:
  • Replace "newuser" with the prefix of your new email address in the field at the top.
  • Enter a password in the New Password field.
    The password should be a minimum of 6 ALPHANUMERIC characters. It must contain at least one letter and one numeral.
  • Enter the password again in the Confirm Password field.
When you're finished, click Update. Your new email address will be activated within 15-20 minutes.
Note: If you can't see the Deliver mail to your addresses own mailbox option and the password fields, that means you haven't signed up an email hosting service for your domain name. You'll need to contact our Sales (1300 721 465) to add the email hosting service in your account.
